Key to the success of Bespoke Services team is our commitment to bringing together the best team for a particular project. This involves experts from a range of disciplines including representatives from relevant business areas.

Alongside the client we will put together a team with the appropriate mix of skills. We have a policy of early involvement and potential members of the team are encouraged to participate in the proposal stage so that we gain maximum team ‘ownership’ from an early stage.

All our projects are carried out under the control of a project ‘life-cycle’. Since not all projects are the same the life-cycle is tailored to the project in hand but the main principles remain in force and include:

• Investment in the early stages of the life-cycle - saves time at each subsequent stage e.g. an error in the Functional Specification takes minutes to correct. The resulting error in the final software will take many hours to fix;
• Rigorous review process - all final versions of system documentation are reviewed before being sent to the client for review and approval;
• Testing and quality control - all software is tested and signed off at Bespoke Services before it is delivered to the client.
